The new season premier of “Shark Tank” took place last Sunday. I believe a lot of shows, sports teams and businesses could learn from Shark Tank and their approach to the first show of the new season. Mark Cuban and ALL of the other sharks live tweeted while the show was going on, adding their input and commentary. They also engaged with fans of the show, answering questions and providing insight into their decisions. They did a great job of integrating social media (Twitter) to enhance the tv watching experience.
